Masterplan premieres exclusively on Prime Video on October 16, 2026, in more than 240 countries and territories. Stanley Tucci stars alongside Simona Tabasco and Victor Belmondo in the Thomas Vincent-directed heist comedy about a father who recruits his long-lost children to steal the Mona Lisa.

What Is Masterplan About?
The movie follows a legendary thief who sets his sights on the Mona Lisa, Leonardo da Vinci's iconic painting housed at the Louvre. Rather than attempting the impossible robbery alone, he recruits two young strangers whose criminal specialties could give him a chance.
Chiara is a sharp Italian cybercrime expert, while Jay is a French explosives specialist with a huge ego. Their skills give the heist a classic high-tech-and-firepower setup.
But the thief has one enormous secret. He reveals that Chiara and Jay are not strangers at all: they are brother and sister, and he is their father.
The revelation turns an elaborate art heist into a dysfunctional family reunion. The three must somehow learn to work together — and avoid destroying each other — if they are going to pull off what could become the heist of the century.
