The biggest fixture of Matchday 3 ended with Arsenal preserving their perfect record. Chelsea stunned the Emirates by taking the lead after only 77 seconds, when Morgan Rogers converted an early chance.
Arsenal responded with sustained pressure and equalised through Kai Havertz in the 25th minute. Martin Ødegaard then completed the comeback early in the second half, finishing a move in which Havertz's clever dummy helped create the opening.

Liverpool entered Matchday 3 looking for their first Premier League victory under new manager Andoni Iraola after consecutive 2-2 draws against Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest.

Crystal Palace produced one of Saturday's best comebacks by beating Fulham 3-2 at Craven Cottage.
